NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD BY OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. The Government intends to issue a purchase order for an aerial demonstration that will include a Vietnam Rescue at Dawn and Cobra Precision Flight Demonstration Team each day of the South Carolina Air and Ground Expo, 10 and 11 October 2009 to the Army Aviation Heritage Foundation (AKA Sky Soldiers), of 506 Speedway Blvd, Hampton, GA 30228. The 169th FW Contracting Office intends to award a purchase order by other than full and open competition in accordance with FAR Subpart 6.302-1 (a)(2). Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement was made based on market research. Questions should be directed to the contracting office. COLLECT CALLS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
