This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial carpet installation and removal services prepared in accordance with the format in RFO subpart 12.202, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.


See Attachment 1 – Performance Work Statement (SLD 30-SE Carpet PWS 9Jul26_Redacted), for detailed description of services required.


A Site Visit will be conducted on Wednesday 26 August at 9:00 AM (PST). It will take place at Building 7015, Vandenberg SFB, CA. If you require base access, please contact the Contracting Officer to arrange your pass no later than 10:00 AM (PST) Wednesday 19 August 2026.


Any questions are due no later than 10:00 AM (PST) Friday, 28 August 2026


Quotes are due no later than 12:00 PM (PST) Tuesday, 1 September 2026


Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available.
