Small Business Event Regional Vendor Outreach Session for February Houston, TX

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU), will be hosting a Vendor Outreach Session (VOS) located in Houston, TX, on February 26, 2013, from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. The VOS will be held at the Hilton Americas-Houston, 1600 Lamar Street, Houston, TX 77010. The Regional Vendor Outreach Sessions (VOS) are a series of pre-arranged 15-minute appointments with Small Business Specialists from various components of the Homeland Security procurement offices. These sessions provide the small business community an opportunity to discuss their capabilities and learn of potential procurement opportunities in their local area. Also in attendance will be Prime Contractor Small Business Liaisons from several of the large businesses who have contracts with DHS. There is no cost to the small business vendors. This Regional Vendor Outreach Session is in cooperation with the University of Houston Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC).
