The United States Special Operations Command is hosting a virtual Small Business Roundtable on July 15, 2026, exclusively for small businesses, featuring the Program Executive Office Rotary Wing and the Office of Small Business Programs. This session is designed to provide small firms with insight into the rotary wing capabilities and procurement priorities of PEO-RW, which specializes in delivering advanced aircraft, mission equipment, and training systems for the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment. Attendance is limited to 300 participants, with selection prioritized to ensure representation across all socio-economic categories including SB, SDB, WOSB, HUBZone, VOSB, and SDVOSB, as well as a mix of industries, experience levels with USSOCOM, geographic diversity, and timely submission. Firms must submit an invitation request through a designated link by 8:00 AM local time on July 6, 2026; late submissions will be considered only if space remains, and previous applicants must reapply even if previously selected or rejected. Attendees are expected to actively engage, share specific feedback on doing business with the government, and propose concrete examples of barriers and solutions. The event is a Total Small Business Set-Aside under FAR 19.5, categorized under NAICS code 561990, and is managed by USSOCOM under the Department of Defense. Submissions are processed through SAM.gov with the solicitation number H9240026SBRt60, and all interested parties are directed to contact Paul Ward at osbp@socom.mil for inquiries. While the roundtable is virtual, connection details will be provided only to those selected, and confirmation of attendance will be sent no later than July 13, 2026. Firms not selected or who apply after the deadline will be added to a repository of interested vendors for future roundtables. The session strictly limits discussions to the featuring PEO, with broader SOCOM or other PEO inquiries directed to separate forums. Participation is encouraged from all small business sectors, particularly those aligned with rotary wing aviation, logistics, support services, or related technologies, to foster greater vendor engagement and transparency in USSOCOM’s acquisition process.
