This procurement is a Small Business Set-Aside for a Roll-on/Roll-off Portable Rugged Dual 24-inch 4K Display Monitor Workstation, designated as a Total Small Business Set-Aside under FAR 19.5, with the NAICS code 334111. Quotes must be submitted via email to jamell.l.kilgore.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 11am Central Time on Wednesday, July 22, 2026; late or incomplete submissions will not be accepted. Each quote must appear on company letterhead, include full OEM specifications and a capability statement, and clearly state the CAGE code and lead time. The subject line of the email must begin with the solicitation number N61331-26-Q-JK34 and the vendor’s name. Vendors must be capable of invoicing through Wide Area Workflow and must list shipping as a separate line item if not included in the product price. Payment terms are NET 30 days. Award will be made based on best value, evaluating pricing, delivery, quality, and past performance. All requirements for product description and quantity are detailed in the attached documents, which must be reviewed thoroughly.
