Marine Force Reserves has a requirement for non-personal services to provide full-time support in the area of small boat maintenance and operations across (5) geographically separate boat lockers within 4th Marine Division: San Antonio, TX, Marine Corps Base Hawaii, Alameda, CA, Smyrna, GA, and Mobile, AL. The primary duty location is aboard Fort Sam Houston at the 4th Reconnaissance Battalion Headquarters and Service Company (H&S Co) Home Training Center (HTC) in San Antonio, TX.  Regular travel to the locations is integral in this position’s responsibilities. Please see Page 5 thru 12 of the Performance Work Statement for clarification and specification. Please refer to page 34 thru 35 for question, evaluation and submission instructions.
