Smart IT Tools Holder Pro Software
Solicitation # 2627-03 SS OIT
The Florida Department of Financial Services, Office of Information Technology, is pursuing an intended single source procurement from Smart IT Tools, LLC under solicitation 2627-03 SS OIT. The acquisition consists of a one-time purchase of the Holder Pro Software source code and a one-year subscription to the AI-powered National Association of Unclaimed Property Administrators (NAUPA) Eyeball Report Generator, with options to renew the subscription for up to three additional years. The total estimated value of the procurement is 239,996.00 dollars. This portal is designed to manage the full holder reporting lifecycle, including registration, filing, payments, and penalties. Under the agreement, the Department will receive joint ownership of the configured codebase. Prospective vendors were invited to provide relevant information by September 22, 2026, to challenge the single source determination. Administration of the contract is managed by Becky Hale in Tallahassee, Florida.
