The New York City Housing Authority is soliciting requirement contracts for the installation of V/C floor tiles in apartments across various Brooklyn developments, including Unity Plaza/LI Baptist, Marcy, Roosevelt, Sumner, Tompkins, Borinquen, Bushwick, Cooper Park, and Taylor Wythe. The contract term is three years from the award date or Notice to Proceed, with the option for NYCHA to extend the term via two one-year renewal periods. Awards will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible individual contractor, with a limiting award provision that allows NYCHA to award one primary contract and potentially one additional contract to a contractor who has already been awarded the maximum number of contracts in the bid series. To be eligible, bidders must be an Approved Supplier on the NYCHA-Tile Pre-Qualification List and must be registered with the New York State Department of Labor pursuant to Labor Law 220-i. The project is subject to the Davis Bacon Prevailing Wage Schedule. Bidders are required to submit Section 3 REO and OEO plans via eComply by the submission deadline, while the primary bid must be submitted through iSupplier. No bid security is required, and the current goals for SDVOB, MBE, WBE, and DBE participation are set at 0.00%.
