WR-ALC intends to issue a contract for Digital Data Recorders (DDRs), Compact Multi-band Data Links (CMDLs), Spares, Pylons, other associated hardware and support equipment, Country Standard Technical Orders (CSTOs), Source Data, Interim Contractor Support (ICS), Software, Systems Integration Laboratory (SIL) Testing, Flight Test, Contractor Logistics Support (CLS), Contractor Technical Services (CTS), and Pilot & Maintenance Familiarization for a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customer. The Sniper ATPs are source directed by the FMS Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) to Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (LMMFC). The period of performance is 24 months. This effort is sole source to LMMFC (Cage; 04939) IAW FAR 6.302-1. Anticipated Solicitation date is 28 Mar 2013. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. As this is a sole source requirement, foreign participation at the prime contractor level is not permitted.
