SSnow College (“the College”), a public institution of higher education in the State of Utah, is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced development teams to serve as a Development Partner for the evaluation, feasibility analysis and possibly the construction of a proposed student housing project on College-owned land located in Richfield, Utah, with approximately 150 beds (Conceptual).
The College seeks a collaborative partner to assist in determining the feasibility, affordability, and appropriate delivery structure for student housing that would support enrollment growth, student success, and long-term institutional goals at the Richfield Campus. The intent is to enter into a predevelopment agreement to evaluate project feasibility. If it is determined that a project and partnership is feasible to move forward, then a full development partnership agreement will be negotiated.
