Issuing Procurement Unit: Snow College Conducting Procurement Unit: Snow College
The purpose of this Request for Bid is to issue a purchase order with the responsive and responsible vendor that submits the lowest priced bid for the removal and installation of a new non-slip flooring for around the swimming pool walking areas.
**The selected vendor will provide all materials, tools, labor, and equipment necessary to complete the project to specification.**
**Mandatory Walkthrough:** A mandatory walkthrough will be held to allow vendors to view the project site, take measurements, and ask questions. A representative from each bidding company must be present for their bid to be considered.
Date & Time: Monday, August 10, 2026 at 1:00 PM Location: Horne Activity Center Foyer Address: 350 E Center St., Ephraim, UT 84627
Vendors will sign in and congregate in the foyer before the walkthrough begins.
**Scope of Work:** Surface preparation (removing, grinding, cleaning, etc.) Removal of all old tile debris etc. from College premises. Installation of the new non-slip surface. Final finish and cleanup Provide and install the coving all the way around the pool area touching walls. Must remove all diving boards, handrails, pole holes, starting blocks, and drain grates.
