Snowplow & Grader Cutting Edges (2024-2031)

The Snowplow and Grader Cutting Edges cooperative purchasing program, led by the State of Vermont under solicitation NASPO-ADT-169, provides master agreements for the procurement of truck mounted blades, grader mounted blades, and loader bucket edges. This agreement is available to state governments, institutions of higher education, political subdivisions, and other eligible entities, subject to approval by their respective procurement directors. The contract follows a competitive RFP process that concluded in June 2023, resulting in awards to six suppliers based on specific evaluation and scoring criteria. Pricing is structured around minimum catalog discount percentages per product category. The agreement carries an initial term of five years with the possibility of two one-year renewals, extending the total potential duration to seven years. While the portfolio remains active for participating entities, it is noted that as of January 29, 2025, Ironhawk Industrial Distribution LLC no longer holds a Master Agreement within this portfolio. The program is managed by the State of Vermont in coordination with NASPO ValuePoint to ensure streamlined procurement of cutting edges and related value-add options for public agencies.
