Acquisition Description This action entails the purchase of SOCET GXP (AF TAWS Targeting Bundle Upgrade Entitlement) in support of the Unit Level Intelligence (ULI) program. NOTICE OF CONTRACT ACTION - This is a notice of intent from AFLCMC/HBBK, Hanscom AFB, MA to award a sole source purchase order to BAE SYSTEMS Information Solutions, Inc. BAE SYSTEMS Information Solutions, Inc. is the exclusive worldwide developer and distributor of GXP software products (SOCET GXP, GXP Xplorer, SOCET SET, SOCET Services, VITec), Upgrade Entitlement software support, and software training. Therefore, these commercial off-the-shelf products can only be purchased from BAE SYSTEMS. The delivery date shall be by 31 December 2013. This is not a request for quotations. This announcement constitutes a notice of intent for a contract action, not a solicitation. The Government's determination not to compete this contract action is based on market research previously conducted.
