SOF GROWS Requirement Update

USSOCOM has updated its requirements, rendering the previous GROWS Request for Information (RFI) outdated and leading to changes that prevent adherence to the original acquisition schedule. Consequently, USSOCOM will not proceed with a solicitation under the GROWS framework at this time and plans to re-engage industry once service requirements are finalized and stable. While the solicitation identified as 47QFSA23K0006-2 posted on April 5, 2023, through the GSA Assisted Acquisition Services Division, is currently on hold, USSOCOM appreciates the industry's feedback on earlier RFIs.
