The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) Directorate of Procurement, on behalf of USSOCOM Program Executive Office-Maritime (PEO-M), is hosting an Industry Engagement (IE) Event for Undersea Systems Capabilities on 25th and 26th October 2022, at Davis Conference Center, MacDill Air Force Base, Tampa, FL 33621. Industry Event: This event is the fourth and final in a series of market research events for open constructive conversation between the Undersea Systems Program Management Office (USPMO) and industry. The objective is to communicate the USPMO acquisition approach, program/technical requirements, and planned activities and our interest is in obtaining industry feedback into those areas. The strategic objective will be to create a competitive pool for submission of upcoming white papers. Those not in attendance will not be considered in the competitive pool. USPMO will have a question/answer panel with Prime Vendors where selected panel members will directly answer industry partner questions. If you have specific question(s) you would like addressed during the information brief, please bring your written question(s) to the event. Questions will also be accepted before the event if you would like to send them by 12:00 PM EST October 12, 2022 via SIPRnet to Jennifer.L.Jones.mil@socom.smil.mil or jushawn.l.ferrell.mil@socom.smil.mil or classified mailed via FEDEX Overnight to the following address: Outer envelope label - ATTN: Security Office US Special Operations Command 7701 Tampa Point Blvd Tampa, FL 33621-5323 Inner envelope label - ATTN: Maj Jennifer Jones US Special Operations Command - KW 7701 Tampa Point Blvd Tampa, FL 33621-5323 Depending on the volume of questions received, your question(s) may be consolidated with others or addressed individually. However, the panel will address pre-submitted questions first and depending on time remaining will open the floor to questions. Vendors intending to be primes for the upcoming Other Transaction Authority (OTA) competition under 10 U.S.C. - 4022 must submit their notice of intent to prime via Attachment 1 to receive the Government Furnished Information (GFI) disks. USPMO will review these submissions and valid prime vendors will be provided classified GFI in support of white paper submissions. This will only be provided to those vendors who have submitted their intent to prime and have been verified by the PMO office. GFI Content: 2 Discs containing the following: Technical Data from the demilitarized Advanced SEAL Delivery System (ASDS) Program - QTY 5 Items Government Accountability Office (GAO) Reports - QTY 3 Items Multiple studies - QTY 11 Items Additionally, a Draft OTA competition announcement will be released before IE #4 and will be discussed during IE #4. Failure to attend IE #4 will disqualify any potential vendor from receiving an invitation to submit white papers in response to the OTA competition announcement. Schedule: Industry Engagement #4 will be dedicated to an information briefing, Q&A session, and one-on-one vendor/Government meetings. The one-on-one meetings are limited to vendors whose intent is to submit a white paper as a prime contractor and their registered sub-contractor teammates. These meetings will be limited to 45-minute sessions with the goal of discussing the vendor's current capabilities in regard to fulfilling the USPMO capabilities requirements. Vendors who do not intend to submit a white paper or demonstrate a system may still attend the information briefing, and general Q&A session.
