Software Engineering Support for the AN/ALE-47 Countermeasures Dispenser Set (CMDS)

Robins AFB Georgia is seeking software engineering support for the AN/ALE-47 Countermeasures Dispenser Set (CMDS) under full and open competition. The primary objective of this effort is to provide investigation, design, and software implementation to analyze and correct the ALE-47 Built In Test (BIT) software. The contract structure includes a basic period of twelve months for investigation, followed by two optional twelve-month periods dedicated to design and software implementation. The government will employ a best value acquisition methodology to evaluate proposals, which must include both cost/price and performance volumes. Foreign participation is prohibited at the prime contractor level.
