Software with VHF Frequency capabilities

The United States Coast Guard (USCG) Research & Development Center (RDC) intends to negotiate and award a sole-source fixed price purchase order to Analytical Graphics, Inc. of Exton, Pennsylvania to provide software that is capable of using real time data to provide analysis, coverage, and propagation of VHF radio frequency. Product must provide the user with the ablility to plan and map out a network of transmitters to support a communications capability, based on actual real time world data collection. This procurement is being pursued under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 (Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 511210. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities in response to this requirement to the above address. The determination by the Government not to compete the proposed purchase order based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct future competitive procurement(s).
