Qualified bidders are invited to submit sealed proposals for the installation of a new solar energy system on the flat roof of the two-story office building at YWCA Hartford Region, located at 135 Broad Street in Hartford, Connecticut. The project excludes the eight-story residential tower and requires full furnishing of labor, materials, and equipment necessary to remove roof debris, install solar panel supports with integrated flashing and sealant, patch affected roof areas, and electrically integrate the new system with existing infrastructure.
