Title: Solar Portable Reflectometer with Instrument Head Solicitation Number: 25-58145 Publication Date: September 12, 2025 Closing Date and Time: October 6, 2025 at 2:00 PM EST Trade Agreements: Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) (formerly Agreement on Internal Trade [AIT]) Region of Opportunity: World Region of Delivery: Ottawa GSIN: N1240 Notice Type: Request for Proposal (RFP) Tendering Procedure: Open Description: The National Research Council Canada (NRC) requires a Solar Portable Reflectometer with Instrument Head. The contract period will be for one year from the date of contract with an irrevocable option to extend it for up to two additional one-year periods. The anticipated start date is October 13, 2025. All the deliverables must be received on or before December 31, 2025. Basis of selection: Lowest cost Tenders must be submitted to the NRC Bid Receiving Unit at: NRC.BidReceiving-ReceptiondesSoumissions.CNRC@nrc-cnrc.gc.ca Refer to the attached tender documents to obtain further information. Canada retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
