The National Research Council Canada (NRC) has a requirement for the supply and delivery of a Langmuir probe for the characterization and diagnostics of nonthermal plasma systems at Mississauga’s Clean Energy Innovation (CEI) Research Centre. At the new CEI-Mississauga facility, the design and production of new materials using plasma is one of the core activities. In order to create advanced formulations and plasma environments, a Langmuir Probe is required. This system must be capable of measuring various bulk plasma characteristics, such as plasma potential, electron temperature, and density.
