Solar-Powered Flashing (LED) Traffic Signs

Solicitation 17A 260908-040 is a request for a Master Agreement to provide solar-powered flashing LED traffic signs for the State of Maine Department of Transportation. The contract includes an initial performance period from November 1, 2026, to October 31, 2027, with the option for four one-year extensions through October 31, 2031. The scope covers various sign types, including stop, speed limit, and warning signs, with specific requirements for visibility up to two miles at night and nearly one mile during the day.
