The U.S. Embassy Ankara invites quotations from qualified firms for the furnishing, individual measurement, fitting, alteration, packaging, and delivery of suit uniforms and shirts for the Local Guard Force. The requirement is described in Section 1 of this solicitation.


The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order to the responsible quoter submitting the lowest-priced technically acceptable quotation. The Government intends to evaluate quotations and make award without discussions, although the Contracting Officer may conduct discussions if determined necessary.


The Embassy will not be conducting a pre-quotation conference.


Quotation deadline: Friday August 14, 2026 no later than 15:00 Ankara local time .Quotations received after the deadline will be handled in accordance with FAR 52.212-1.


Electronic submission: Send the complete quotation to Ankara-GSO-Procurement-DL@state.gov. Files shall be in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, or searchable PDF format. Each email shall not exceed 30 MB; use separately numbered emails when necessary.


Product samples: Samples must be delivered by the quotation deadline to the address and in the manner stated in Section 3. Sample delivery does not replace electronic submission of the quotation.


A complete quotation shall include:


  • Completed and signed SF-1449, including Blocks 12, 17, 23, 24, and 30, as applicable;
  • Completed Section 1 price schedule;
  • Technical information and product literature demonstrating compliance with all specifications;
  • Required product samples and the completed Attachment 1 Sample Submission Form;
  • SAM registration or local vendor identification: Local Türkiye sellers shall submit local legal/vendor information; SAM proof is not required for award consideration. Offerors located outside Türkiye shall submit active SAM.gov proof with UEI and NCAGE;
  • Representations and certifications required by Section 5, including Attachment 2; and
  • Any other information required by Section 3.
