Notice of Intent for Sole Source Award for Quant Studio 3D Digital PCR system Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Regional Health Command (JBLM-HCC), Lacey, WA, intends to issue a firm fixed price, sole source award to Fisher Scientific Company LLC in the estimated amount of $41, 813,63 for the Quant Studio 3D Digital PCR system. Fisher Scientific Company LLC has proprietary rights on this equipment. The equipment must compatible with the existing equipment located in the hospital. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority FAR 6.302-1. This notice is not a request for quote/proposal and no solicitation will be issued. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capabilities and specifications. Responses received will be used for future acquisitions. Information can be sent to the Purchasing Agent; Ms. Angela Dexter at contact@example.gov.
