Synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N00164-15-T-0297 is hereby issued as an attachment hereto. ITEM DESCRIPTION - Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for services provided by C&D Technologies. SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT The Navy intends to solicit and negotiate this contract as a Sole Source Procurement.
