This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Army Contracting Command- Redstone (ACC-Redstone) intends to purchase a Data Acquisition System from DEWESoft LLC on behalf of the Technology Development Directorate, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) for soliciting from a single source as it is determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available. Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Number W31P4Q-24-Q-0008 is to be a sole source requirement from DEWESoft LLC of Whitehouse Ohio for an All In One Data Acquisition System. The corresponding NAICS code for this procurement is 334515. The US Army Contracting Command-Redstone is soliciting a quote from DEWESoft LLC to provide the item as listed on the attachment named Technical Requirements 24-5.
