The purpose of this amendment is to change the acquisition strategy from sole source to a brand-name competitive requirement (no substitutions), incorporate Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation criteria and OEM supply chain traceability instructions, and extend the quotation due date to September 15, 2026, at 2:00 PM Eastern Time (ET). Please refer to attachment N6660426Q0378 Rev01 for full details and revised terms. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
