TITLE: F-15E_Eclypse_AWTS, Sole Source Acquisition for the purchase of Engineering services to build an Eclypse Automatic Wire Test Set automated Test Program Set The 4th Contracting Squadron, Seymour Johnson AFB, NC intends to award a sole source purchase order to Eclypse International Corporation, required items to be purchased are: This procurement will be for the purchase of engineering services to build an Eclypse Automatic Wire Test Set (AWTS) automated Test Program Set (TPS) with Test Program Files (TPF), Test Adapter Cable (TAC) kits and Supplemental Instruction Guides (SIG), for the USAF F-15E aircraft at Seymour Johnson AFB, NC. APPLICABILITY OF AUTHORITY: This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). We intend to award a sole source purchase order to Eclypse International Corporation in support of the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Eclypse International is the manufacturer of the test system and designer of the software. They are the only business entity that provides training on how to program on this system. Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract lies solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement. The closing date for this synopsis is 13 Jun 2018 at 2:00 P.M EST.
