Full Description

The Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA)-Cost and Pricing Regional Command (DCMA-P) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order to a single source, Executive Business Services, Inc., in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)1(i) - Soliciting from a single source for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold. This purchase order is required to provide ProPricer Government Edition perpetual software licenses, training, and software maintenance. Product will enable DCMA Cost/Price Analysts to perform duties of analyzing prices and proposal costs from supplies, and customers using this tool to create cost models. The period of performance for this purchase order is: Base Period of Performance: August 13, 2020 - August 12, 2021 Option Year One POP: August 13, 2021 - August 12, 2022 This pre-solicitation notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotations; however, all expressions of interest received within three (3) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government. Interested parties may identify their capability to provide the services prescribed within this notice, and should provide sufficient data for the government to determine they have been given the authority to provide ProPrice Government Edition softwares. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action is based solely on the market research findings and supporting documentation from the manufacturer and is at the sole discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement is achievable. This acquisition will be under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized under FAR 13.106-1 (b).
