The primary objective is to perform evaluation diagnostics, failure analysis, and data extraction on non-working processing units to determine if they are repairable or beyond economic repair. Key technical requirements include salvaging Northrop Grumman running scripts and operational binary scripts from non-volatile memory, as well as mapping hardcoded IP schemes and network connection profiles.
