The Federal Bureau of Investigation intends to negotiate a sole-source, firm-fixed price contract with CLEER Medical, LLC, Westlake, OH, under Request for Quote, DJF-16-1200-Q-0000090. This notice will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website: www.fedbizopps.gov. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the FBO site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. CLEER Medical, LLC is to provide the following items: (100) CLEER Medical Mini BOK/(CM-MBOK-CYT), (50) Eleven 10 Slick Front Rigid TQ Case/(E10-3002M-CYT), (50) Eleven 10 Slick Front Rigid TQ Case/(E10-3002B-CYT), (14) CLEER Medical Mini BOK Advanced/(CM-MBOK-BLK A), (14) Eleven 10 Slick Front Rigid TQ Case/(E10-3002M-BLK), (14) North American Rescue CAT Tourniquet, Black/(NAR 30-0001).
