INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE PR: FB230012580097 Solicitation Number: FA8601-12-T-0150 NAICS Code: 325188 (size standard is 1000 employees) This notification is to inform the public that the government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) and FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii). The proposed sole source is Eckert & Ziegler Isotope Products, Inc. of Valencia, CA. This contract will purchase Isotope Products in support of AFIT. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, any quotation received within three (3) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
