Marine Corps Systems Command, through its Portfolio Manager Logistics Combat Element Systems and Program Manager Engineer Systems, plans to acquire a single Transportable 2D/3D Grade Control Mission Planning Module (MPM) via a sole source contract. This MPM is designed to train heavy equipment operators on the Grade Control System, a Laser Leveling System subsystem currently fielded within the Marine Corps. The module includes a laptop, external monitor, dual joysticks, proprietary emulator software specific to Trimble, Inc.’s GCS equipment, a training guide, and a transport case. The MPM improves instructional efficiency by reducing machine runtime and fuel consumption during training at Schoolhouse facilities. Due to the proprietary nature of the software and the specificity of the equipment, only Trimble, Inc. can supply the required MPM, which is identified by the manufacturing part number 91919-00. The government intends to award a fixed-price, sole source delivery order contract for one unit within the next 30 days, with delivery expected within 60 days to Missouri. Interested vendors may submit capability statements or proposals for consideration, and may contact the designated contract specialist, Christopher J. Cox, for further information. The contract opportunity was posted by the Department of Defense at the Marine Corps’ Quantico office.

Solicitation # M6785426I4208
The Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) is conducting market research via Request for Information M67854-26-I-4208 to identify commercial partners for the Marine Corps Cyberspace Environment (MCCE) Operational Support Services (OSS) and Enterprise Artificial Intelligence (AI) Integration. The primary objective is to secure skilled, professional IT touch-labor services under a Government-Owned, Government-Operated, Contractor-Supported (GOGOCS) model. While the focus remains on providing DCWF-certified personnel, the government is seeking innovative ways to integrate AI and automation as embedded components of the service delivery model to increase operational efficiency and reduce manual labor costs over time. The government is specifically exploring service-based ordering models, such as procuring hours of service or specific outcomes rather than individual labor categories. For pricing purposes, any contractor-provided proprietary tooling costs must be included within fully burdened labor rates, as this is a services acquisition. Interested respondents must submit a capabilities narrative limited to five pages, a vendor comment matrix in Excel format with a 300-word limit per cell, and optional supplementary materials not exceeding fifteen pages. The current response deadline is November 3, 2026, at 1:00 P.M.
