All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. However, a determination by the Government not to compete this anticipated contract based upon responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A Solicitation will NOT be posted to sam.gov due to its Sole Source nature of the procurement. The solicitation will be issued directly to CPI, Econco Division, on or around 11 March 2024, with an estimated award date of 31 July 2025.
