--SOLE SOURCE NOTICE

The US Army Contracting Agency, Contracting Center of Excellence at the Pentagon, on behalf of The Assistant G-1 of the Army of Civilian Personnel and the Director of Manpower and in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1)  FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(B)  O nly one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source for services to AT&T Government Solutions, 1900 Gallows Road, Vienna, VA 22182-3865. This procurement is f or the continuation of the operation and maintenance support of the Workforce Analysis and Civilian Forecasting Systems (WASS/CIVFORS), as defined in the Performance Based Work Statement (PWS). The period of performance is for two (2) months with two (2) one (1) month options. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to the requirement by providing written notification to the point of contact (POC) no later than Friday, 25 January 2008 @ 10:00am EST. Interested small businesses who are certified and qualified as a small business concern under NAICS code 541511 with a size standard of $23.0M dollars shall submit their capabilities package. Supporting evidence must be furnished in detail t o demonstrate the capabilities of the requirement as posted on CCE website: http://cce.hqda.pentagon.mil/RFP/RFP-1.asp under WASS/CIVFORS BRIDGE PWS. Responses received will be evaluated, however a determination by the Government not to compete the propos ed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
