The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to award a sole-source, one-time, firm-fixed price purchase order to: Katz Law Enforcement Vehicle Installations, Inc., 10830 Guilford Road, Annapolis Junction, Maryland, 20701 for the purchase, outfitting, and installation of an Emergency Light Package within four (4) FBI-owned 2020 Dodge Durango's for the FBI's Security Division, FBI Police Unit, [935 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW, Washington, DC, 20535]. Katz is a small business concern. In Fiscal Year (FY) 2020, the FBI awarded Purchase Order Number 15F06720P0001601 to Katz for the installation of an Emergency Light Package within five (5) FBI-owned vehicles. Only Katz can equip these four (4) vehicles in FY 2021 to be compatible with the existing fleet of FBI Police Unit SUVs.
