Notice of Intent to Award Requisition No. W902FY81410001000 The Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE) intends to award a sole source contract for 12 months maintenance renewal for Resumix Licenses with Serene Corporation, 2880 Lakeside Drive, Suite 130, Santa Clara, CA 95054. These Resumix software packages support the mission of the Civilian Personnel Systems Branch OASA located in Alexandria VA. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
