Notice of Intent to award to a Sole Source F3B3E30232A001 - Biological Agent Test Kit The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price sole source contract, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, for the procurement of a Guardian Reader System from Alexeter Technologies LLC, 830 Seton Court, Suite #6, Wheeling, IL 60090. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 (a), Only One Responsible Source (or a Limited Number.) Alexeter's Guardian System is the only product compatible with agency requirements. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. Interested parties may identify their interest and a capability to respond to the requirement. The government will make a determination regarding an interested party's ability to meet all requirements. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. The proposed contract action is for supplies and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A).
