The East Services Branch, Health Readiness Contracting Office at Joint Base San Antonio, Fort Sam Houston, Texas, is conducting market research to identify capable vendors for a future requirement involving a Radioimmunoassay Analyzer. This effort aims to determine the best procurement method and assess the market's capacity to supply the necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, and services for the acquisition. The NAICS code associated with this project is 334519, which covers the manufacturing of measuring and controlling devices. Currently, there is no solicitation issued, and the government is seeking voluntary responses from interested organizations by September 4, 2025, to gather capability information, including organizational details and tailored capability statements, especially if subcontracting or teaming arrangements are anticipated. Responses will help the government evaluate whether the procurement can be set aside for small businesses or if it will proceed through full and open competition, with the intention of awarding a single contract. Interested parties should submit their information via email to the designated contacts, Cotrena Brown-Johnson and Jessie Hart, by the specified deadline. The process emphasizes minimal information submission, focusing on organizational capacity and relevant experience, with no obligation on the part of the government to provide feedback or accept inquiries.
