Sole Source Synopsis: Design/Install Workstations and Office Furniture Hill AFB, Utah PR No.: F2D0AT8204AG01 Date Posted: 18 September 2008 Response by: 22 September 2008 This is a sole source synopsis for the acquisition of commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this announcement. This announcement constitutes the only synopsis for this requirement; and is issued for notification purposes only. Any interested party should contact the below named for more information regarding this posting, all correspondence shall be received no later than 22 September 2008 at 1400 MST. The Operational Contracting Office (75CONS/PKA), Hill AFB Utah, intends to negotiate a sole-source contract for design/install workstations and office furniture. The sole source is to Henriksen-Bulter Design Group, LLC. The justification for the sole source is this requirement is a follow on requirement to a previous contract awarded to the same company. The workstations and office furniture must with existing in the same office. Classification Data: NAICS Code: 337211 FSC Code: 7110 SBA Applicability & Size Standard: 8a, 500 employees Description of item(s) to be acquired: Design/Install Workstations and Office Furniture Dates and Place of Delivery: Delivery Date: 60 Days after contract award date Delivery Location: Hill AFB, UT 84056 BLDG 15 Evaluation of Proposals: Award will be conducted under the provisions of FAR Part 12, Commercial Items, and FAR 13.5, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The responsible offerors must be registered in the Certifications and Representations database (available at: http://orca.bpn.gov/) system per FAR 52.212-3. Offerors must also be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database (available at: www.ccr.gov) per FAR. Lack of registration in CCR will qualify contractor as ineligible for award. All prospective offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of modifications (if any) or other information pertaining to this synopsis.
