The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division is awarding a sole source, firm fixed price purchase order to DeVal Lifecycle Support LLC for the procurement of mission package front and rear adapters, specifically part numbers 64A114D16-1 and 64A114D17-1. This acquisition, identified by solicitation number N61331-24-T-JK17 and NAICS code 336212, is being conducted under simplified acquisition procedures. DeVal Lifecycle Support is designated as the sole source because they are the original equipment manufacturer and the only approved provider for these components, which are critical for ordnance handling equipment used in Navy mine countermeasure missions. Utilizing an alternative vendor would introduce unacceptable risks regarding equipment incompatibility. The contract is managed by the Department of Defense and requires delivery to the Naval Support Activity Panama City Receiving Office in Florida. Administrative requirements include adherence to NAVSEA supplemental instructions for invoicing and the use of the Wide Area Workflow system for payments. The procurement process is governed by FAR 6.302-1, ensuring that the specialized nature of the ordnance handling components is maintained through the original manufacturer to ensure operational safety and mission success.
