The Federal Bureau of Investigation intends to sole source to Noritsu of America for Noritsu QSS Green III Standalone Digital Dry Printer System. This requirement is for the New York Division. Per FAR 5.207(16)(ii) all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. All capability statements or quotes shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer David P. Yates by email. The email address is dpyates@fbi.gov. All capability statements or quotes shall be received before the closing date and time. Please see the attached Sole Source Justification describing testing was done and specs that this is the only printer that meets the agencies minimum need and there are no authorized resellers.
