SOLE SOURCE - TUG SWITCHBOARD REPAIR SERVICE

The Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound is issuing a sole source solicitation for advanced troubleshooting, repair, and support services specifically for the YT-813 Ockerman Switchboard, including its Power Management System (PMS) and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system. This procurement is directed solely to Ockerman Automation Consulting, Inc., as they are the proprietary manufacturer of the switchboard, making them uniquely qualified for the work. While other companies can express interest and demonstrate their capability to perform the tasks, the government will use these responses purely to decide whether to open the procurement for competition. The final decision to compete or not lies entirely with the government.
