This is a SOLICITATION for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.202, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.


The government intends to solicit and award this requirement on a Sole-Source basis with Boston Street Seafood, LLC. This combines solicitation will be available for download on or about 28 August 2026 under Request for Quote (RFQ) number N0018926QL382 at the following website: Sam.gov.  This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2026-01 (effective 17 March 2026) and DFARS Publication Notice 20260702 (effective 02 July 2026). The proposed action is for commercial services for which the Government intends to solicit and award a single-award Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Purchase Order to Boston Street Seafood LLC. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Boston Street Seafood LLC, as no other capable sources have been identified. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, the Government will consider all quotations received by the closing response date. The Small Business Office agrees with this determination.
