A. SOLICITATION INFORMATION


This is a combined synopsis/solicitation No. 75H70726Q00047 for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested in response to this notice. 


This solicitation is being conducted pursuant to the Buy Indian Act 25 U.S.C §47 and is set aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEEs) in accordance with HHSAR Subpart 326.6.


If the Government does not receive an acceptable quotation from an eligible ISBEE, the Government may evaluate quotations and consider award under the following cascading set-asides tiers:


1st Tier- Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE)


2nd Tier- Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business


3rd Tier- Certified HubZone Small Business


4th Tier- Small Disadvantage Business
