Solicitation No. 75H70726Q00104 is issued by the Indian Health Service (IHS), Albuquerque Area Office (AAO), for Laboratory Quality Control (QC) Materials and related support for the Zuni Comprehensive Health Center (ZCCHC) Laboratory in Zuni, New Mexico.
This requirement is set aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs) pursuant
to the Buy Indian Act, 25 U.S.C. § 47, and HHSAR Subpart 326.6, as the first tier of a cascading aside. If award cannot be made to an eligible ISBEE at a fair and reasonable price, the Government may consider quotations from eligible small business concerns in the following order:
1st Tier – Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE)
2nd Tier – Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB)
3rd Tier – Certified HUBZone Small Businesses
4th Tier – Small Disadvantaged Businesses (SDB)
5th Tier – All Other Small Business Concerns
The Government will evaluate quotations beginning with the first tier and proceed to a subsequent
tier only when award cannot be made at the preceding tier.
