The contract requires all labor, materials, equipment, tools, permits, insurance—including General Liability, Auto, Workers’ Compensation, and Builders Risk with a ten-day cancellation clause naming HACN as certificate holder—and supervision to be furnished by the contractor, with TERO certification if applicable.
