SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT_Mission Training Complex and Access Road Taukgolo Range Complex

The U.S. Department of Defense, through the Office of W2SD Endist Europe, is seeking qualified contractors to design and construct a new Mission Training Complex and renovate portions of an existing access road at the Taukgolo Range Complex in Botswana under solicitation number W912GB26RA029. The project requires a design-build approach with full responsibility for delivering two fully functional facilities, each containing two classrooms, one auditorium, a latrine facility, and all necessary utility connections, alongside multi-tiered road improvements. The contractor must provide comprehensive design deliverables including 35%, 65%, 95%, and 100% design package submissions for government review, along with all site preparation work such as clearing, grubbing, and grading.
