Solicitation for a new 5-year IDIQ with multiple awards for the sample collection of bovine brain stems from targeted populations geographically disbursed across the United States to conduct Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy (BSE) surveillance.

The targeted population includes cattle 12 months of age or older in any of the following surveillance streams clinical suspect disabled and fallen stock. _x000D_ _x000D_ Contractors will identify the proper cattle to sample collect the appropriate samples document the samples collected enter submission and surveillance data electronically into the Veterinary Services Laboratory Submissions (VSLS) system and package and ship samples to designated laboratories in accordance with the objectives in this Section. Contractors shall provide personnel labor supervision supplies equipment materials.
