Subject: Request for Quotations number 19PA1021Q0008 Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Janitorial Services for Embassy NEC. If you would like to submit quotation, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form 1449 that follows this letter. The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-quotation videoconference at the Embassy on September 16th 2021 at 9:30 a.m. and a site visit on September 17th 2021 at 09:00hs. See Section 3 of the attached Request for Quotations (RFQ). The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. The quotation must be submitted through email at Asuncioncontracting@state.gov marked "Quotation Attached" to the Contracting Officer, Francoise Rena on or before October 5th, 2021 at 17:00hs. No quotations will be accepted after this time.
