Project: Solids Handling Facility: Project generally consists of the installation of a solids handling building including all site modification, utility line relocation, installation for the building, and restoration. Contractor is also responsible for all site grading and restoration required for areas disturbed during this project.

Bids will be received via the PennBid Program until 11:00 a.m., on Thursday, June 11, 2026. Bidding Documents and solicitation details are available online, at no cost, at pennbid.bonfirehub.com. A pre-bid meeting followed by a site visit will be held 10:00 a.m., prevailing time, Wednesday, May 27, 2026, at the Owner’s address given above. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting and site visit is not required, but it is recommended. Questions will be accepted until 2:00 p.m., prevailing time, on Thursday, June 4, 2026. All questions must be submitted through PennBid. The Contract will be subject to the Prevailing Minimum Wage Determination established by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Labor and Industry. The Mount Pocono Municipal Authority hereby reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any omissions, errors, or irregularities in any Bid.
